Print + Beyond

Old School Print + Beyond

A mashup of old print and some things I loved doing. Whether it’s designing a movie poster for my friend’s new short film, designing a logo for an organization that I believe everyone should know about or working with my pinhole camera, I’m always working on creative projects outside of advertising that inspire my commercial work in invaluable ways.

My partner and I were recruited to help pitch the newest innovation since Botox, the first FDA- approved injectable for cellulite. We created a campaign inspired by Cindy Crawford’s slo-mo walk to the Pepsi machine.

While at Saatchi, I worked with The Human Rights Campaign to help bring awareness to their organization and their fight for rights for LGBTQ+.

KURU is a patented shoe brand that was growing and needed a brand book to share with their expanded staff and partner agencies. The final brand book included target audiences, style-guides, mission, values and history. I love making brand books.

P&G launched into the premium haircare category with Physique. These print ads were part of a global campaign shared at a meeting with eleven countries. Thailand liked it. I love Thailand.

Obsessed with photography since I was a child, I’m constantly finding old and new cameras to play with. These are Polaroids from my pinhole camera.

When pitching J&J’s Cortaid business, we created a guide with some recycling ideas for your backscratcher. We won the business!

As Total Effects became one of P&G ‘s biggest beauty product successes, we moved away from direct claims and into a clever tongue and cheek campaign that lasted several years.

Right out of college, I was asked by NARSAD (National Alliance for Research on Schizophrenia and Depression) to create a logo for a meeting of the minds with a speaking panel of outside artists and neurologists. Oliver Sacks was the main attraction. It was an extraordinary event where the left brain met the right brain for panel discussions about art and the brain.

A children’s book created with artwork from Tara Orozco who lost her life in a car accident three days before her 17th birthday. Available on Amazon. Proceeds go to The Tara Orozco Art Scholarship Fund.

For a pitch, my partner and I created a 360 campaign to bring “ARMY STRONG” to life. The campaign included a VR game, FB ads and a Tough Mudder partnership.

A couple Indie Film posters I loved working on. Your eyes are ok…the “Moving Violation” poster was designed to look glitchy.
